4:30 pm Art Opening Reception
Local artist Monica Veraguth is displaying "Winona and Beyond" at the Winona Public Library throughout July and August. A variety of subjects are presented, including Winona area landscapes, still life and flowers, along with a small selection of expressionistic pieces. There will be an opening reception Thursday, July 22 from 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. Hors d'œuvre and refreshments will be served.

7:30 am Community Garden Bake Sale
The Winona Community Garden Plots will be holding a "Sweet and Savory" Bake Sale at the Winona Farmers Market on Saturday, July 24, from 7:30am to noon. Proceeds from this sale will be used for general operating expenses and future projects; representatives from the Community Garden will also be available to answer questions. 8:00 am Dad's Belgian Waffle Breakfast
All you can eat! Dad’s Belgian Waffle Breakfast at Guild Hall in Central United Methodist Church. Breakfast will include waffles, eight different flavored syrups and toppings,sausage, juice, and milk.
Tickets are $6 in advance or $7 at the door, children 5 and under eat free! To get tickets or for more information call the church at 452-6783. All proceeds will benefit Central United Methodist Church.
